At DadFest, we strive to create a positive experience for all our attendees, sponsors, and vendors. To ensure clarity regarding our refund process, we have established the following policy:
1. Ticket Purchases

Final Sales: All ticket purchases for DadFest 2025 are final. We do not issue refunds for tickets once they have been purchased.

Event Cancellation: In the event that DadFest 2025 is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund through their original payment method. We will notify all ticket holders via email regarding the cancellation and refund process.
2. Vendor and Sponsorship Fees

Application Fees: All vendor and sponsorship application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted and accepted.

Event Cancellation: If DadFest 2025 is canceled, vendors and sponsors will receive a full refund of their fees paid for that specific event. We will communicate any cancellation details directly to the vendors and sponsors.
3. Transfer of Tickets

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We will require the name and contact information of the person to whom the ticket will be transferred.
